Rosters
Keep every sitter’s profile in one place: the latest hour they will finish, the most hours they take in a week, how many children and how young, whether they care for infants, supervise swimming, or can drive.
Credentials that expire
Record a sitter’s credentials with their expiry date. A driving credential only counts while it is in date, and one with no expiry recorded does not count at all.
Booking that checks the fit
Before a sitting is confirmed it is checked against the sitter’s limits: children’s ages and number, infant care, swimming, driving, finishing time and weekly hours. A sitter who is not a fit is not offered.
Booking for families
A family can book a sitting without an account, add their children, and be matched with an eligible sitter. A household is created the first time a family books.
A roster families can see
Families can browse a roster of sitters, but only the sitters who have agreed to appear on it. Withdrawing consent takes a sitter off.
Care with children’s details
A child’s name, allergies and notes never travel in a message. A sitter sees a sitting’s details only for sittings assigned to them, and each look is recorded.
Families, sitters and bookings together
Your dashboard keeps bookings, sitters and families side by side, with settings for your organisation.
Money stays between family and sitter
SitterLineOS does not take card payments or hold money for a sitting. It records what was owed; the family and the sitter settle it between them.
